Translate to English Herbe grasig-pflanzliche und an grünen Paprika erinnernde Nase mit einem Hauch Speck, verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Nuancen und recht deutlicher Mineralik. Herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, deutlich grasig und vegetabil, wieder speckig und auch nussig, frische Suppenkräuter am Gaumen, lebendige, feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, steinige Mineralik, hat Biss, noch jung, sehr guter, wieder herber Abgang mit zartem Schmelz.
