Teils mürbe, dabei leicht herbe Frucht im Mund, nussige, zart hell-tabakige und leicht salzige Aromen, an Mangold erinnernde Anklänge, ein Hauch Kokos, präsente Säure, Gerbstoff-Griff am Gaumen, ordentlicher bis guter, leicht gedeckter Abgang.
