Saftige, geschliffene Frucht, feine vegetabile und noch leicht hefige Aromen, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, angedeutet weißer Speck am Gaumen, mineralische und erdige Noten, noch ziemlich jung, sehr guter, feinsaftiger Abgang mit Biss und Schliff.
