Astringent, slightly dried vegetable scent of red and a little black berries with earthy, woody and dried floral aromas. Ripe, somewhat juicy fruit, slightly nutty and woody, a little dry on the palate, some sandy tannin, some persistence, vegetable nuances, not too deep, but carefully made, a hint of bacon, light warmth, good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Zart säuerlicher, ganz leicht offener Duft nach teils eingemachten roten Beeren mit zarten, nussigen Holzanklängen, etwas schwarzen Beeren und erdigen Nuancen. Auch im Mund überwiegend rote Frucht, ganz leicht marmeladig, etwas mehr Holz als in der Nase, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, etwas Schmelz, getrocknet-pflanzliche und erdige Nuancen im Hintergrund, eine Spur Schokolade und Tabak, rauchige und speckige Anklänge, guter bis sehr guter, leicht warmer Abgang.
