2006 Leithaberg trocken Große Lage "Tempelhüter", Burgenland, Austria

Very slightly matured nose, preserved berries, delicate spicy and nutty notes, light roasted notes and some chocolate. Prominent chocolate and spicy oak on the palate, some cedary notes and undergrowth in the background, delicate, still slightly hidden preserved cherries and berries, fairly prominent fine-grained tannins, not particularly deep, but has some substance and mineral notes, very well integrated alcohol, attractive to good finish.
