Somewhat developed, vegetal, earthy and surprisingly floral nose with very restrained pomaceous fruit notes. Tart fruit with clear vegetal notes, earthy and nutty hints and noticeable citrus zest, a certain acidic bite and crumbly-sandy tannin, a certain persistence, chalky-salty and delicately smoky tones, good finish.
