2020 Großheubach Bischofsberg Riesling trocken ***, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, vegetal and delicately herbal aroma with rather calm yellow fruity aromas as well as yeasty and floral nuances. Calm fruit also in the mouth, somewhat melting and sweetish, moderate acidity, very delicate tannin grip, minty tones on the palate, delicately creamy, certain persistence, mineral spiciness in the background, a hint of dark berries, slightly phenolic in the good finish. Could do with a bit more freshness and bite.
