2018 Großheubach Bischofsberg Riesling trocken ***, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clearly planty to herbaceous, also a hint of floral nose with light yellow fruity and tart earthy notes. Firm, very dry fruit with herbal notes, some yeast, dried floral tones and present minerality, lively acidity and much grip, citrus zest on the palate, some melodiousness, but also draught, some depth, very good, tight, juicy, handy and mineral finish
