2016 Großheubach Bischofsberg Weißburgunder Kabinett trocken ***, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, fairly polished nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, delicate yeasty traces, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of bacon, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, bone dry fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and some yeasty aromas, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, fairly tart mineral notes in the background, light grip, light nutty traces, good to very good elegant, juicy finish.
