2014 Eitelsbach Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Herbaceous nose, citrus and stone fruit, hint of black berries, prominent mineral notes. Fairly firm, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas,yeasty traces, fairly prominent mineral notes, grip and bite, hint of black berries in the background, hint of tobacco, elegant style, persistent, has some depth, very good, juicy, gripping finish. Already attractive, but should still mature for a while.

Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen und viel herbe Mineralik, feiner Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, straff gewirkt und dabei elegant, etwas Tiefe, feiner Griff, wieder ein Hauch dunkler Beeren, florale Spuren, sehr guter, feinsaftiger Abgang mit Zug.
