Cool, pure-toned and firm citrus stone fruit scent with fine, tart herbaceous spice and intense minerality. Concentrated, firm, very sweet fruit, oily tones, herbal aromas and enormous minerality, rather cool style, tight, fine acidity, dense and lasting on the palate, good depth, a hint of cassis in the background, firm structure, best balance, clearly shows origin, very good to long reverberation with draft, juice and bitter spice. Great.
