2010 Eitelsbach Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Mosel, Germany

Aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with dried vegetal to herbaceous, dried floral and mineral notes. Fairly polished, sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, partly reminiscent of root vegetables, lively, elegant acidity, slightly sandy tannins, good persistence, has bite, earthy and mineral notes, slightly rough, prominent bite, fairly creamy, blackish tints in the background, waxy notes Traces, good substance, some depth, good to very good, slightly vegetal and also a bit hazy due to the noticeable sugar.
