Quite deep aroma of ripe predominantly red berries with a hint of tomato and Mediterranean herbs as well as delicately toasty tones, tobacco and with air also more black berries. Ripe, tart, relatively concentrated fruit with some acid bite and present, fine sandy tannins, good persistence, smoky hints, salty tones, a hint of smoke, good persistence and some depth, very good, at first still slightly drying, then increasingly juicy finish with bite and smoky notes again.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
