Quite firm, somewhat herbaceous and planty aroma of red and also a little black berries with citrus aromas, floral traces, a hint of parsley and anise. Firmly woven, tart fruit with present, somewhat drying tannin and smoky wood notes, slightly bacony on the palate, dried vegetal and mushroomy notes, salt in the background, still young, certain depth, bitter-chocolate tones, very good, tart-juicy finish with smoky tones that is only a little drying again.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
