Slightly cloudy, rich yellow colour. Yeasty, delicately smoky-reductive and vegetal citrus nose with floral aromas, tart stone fruit notes, earthy hints and a little fresh mushroom. Quite juicy yellow fruit with sea buckthorn spice, yeasty notes, citrus zest and light floral tones, persistent on the palate, some grip, fine acidity with a certain tang, a little vegetal spiciness in the background, very good, juicy and spicy finish.
