Nutty and slightly tobacco-like aroma of partly dried yellow fruit and dried flowers with a hint of root vegetables in the background. Bone-dry, almost cool fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal tones, very fine acidity and noticeable phenolic grip, persistent on the palate, clear, chalky-salty minerality, persistent on the palate, some depth, tart citrus and zest tones, very good, firm finish with fine nutty notes.
