Cloudy ochre to copper colour. Yeasty, nutty and vegetal on the nose, with pome fruit notes, mushrooms, citrus peel and herbal to floral nuances. Tight, tart, yet quite juicy fruit, noticeable acid bite and present, fine dusty tannin, herbal-vegetal, somewhat nutty and delicately floral notes, cool and lean style, yet with substance, lots of grip, chalky and slightly salty tones, a little citrus peel, very good, tight, tart finish with refreshing, cool juice, grip and lots of pull.
