Slightly cloudy, bright red. Clearly yeasty, somewhat herbal and a hint smoky, cool aroma of red and black berries with almondy, herbal and tobacco nuances. Fine, tart fruit with slightly nutty and smoky tones, somewhat yeasty, quite fine mousseux and moderate grip, persistent on the palate, hints of tobacco, animating, good to very good, tart, cool finish with bite.
