Slightly cloudy orange. Tart, somewhat floral, yeasty and lightly nutty citrus pome fruit nose with hints of stone fruit, a touch of mushrooms as well as red berry and vegetal nuances. Quite juicy, tart fruit with fine acidity and present, crumbly tannin, yeasty, nutty, fine-vegetable and yellow-spicy flavours, a hint of red berries in the background, peppery nuances, persistent, chalky, very good, juicy and spicy finish, again with a lot of tannin grip.
