Cloudy lemon and straw yellow. Cool, distinctly yeasty and vegetal citrus nose with vegetable and earthy hints. Fine, bone-dry fruit with distinctly yeasty, somewhat vegetal and nutty tones, fine perlage, grip of crumbly tannin and yeast, good persistence, smoky and mushroomy traces, good to very good, tart finish.
