Slightly cloudy amber colour. Fine-vegetable and nutty, also yeasty aroma with citrus and pome fruit flavours, tobacco notes, acacia blossom, beeswax and a hint of ash. Bone-dry, rather bright, cool fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal flavours, very fine, lively acidity and a lot of grip from crumbly, also quite fine tannins, persistent on the palate, citrus-accentuated, especially Otangen, also with stale notes, clearly chalky-salty in the background, floral nuances and fennel, persistent, some depth, firm structure, hints of light tobacco, very good, tart-juicy, nutty and chalky-mineral finish with a lot of tension.
