Cloudy copper to rusty brown. Nutty, distinctly vegetal and a hint of animal scent with mushroomy, slightly floral and restrained yellow fruity aromas. Cool, very tart fruit, relatively present acidity and crumbly phenolic grip, nutty aromas, a hint of cocoa, good substance and persistence, very slightly drying on the palate, minty tones, chalk and salt in the background, light floral traces, a little citrus zest, good to very good, tart, again phenolic-grip finish.
