Firm and multi-layered, deep, somewhat ethereal-herbal, spicy, bacony and hinted at tobacco aroma of predominantly dark berries and a little cherries with slightly nutty hints and juniper. Ripe, firm and very concentrated dark fruit with spicy wood aromas, fine sandy, still very slightly drying tannin, anise and cinnamon in the background, has some grip, good persistence and depth, salty-mineral tones, very good to long, tight, animatingly tart-juicy, grippy finish with bite and ethereal spice.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
