Cloudy ochre to golden yellow. Yeasty, mushroomy and clearly vegetal nose with citrus and apricot aromas, some apple and floral nuances. Tight, tart, juicy, youthful fruit, has freshness and life, nutty and distinctly yeasty flavours, some yellow spice, quite tight acidity and lots of grip from friable tannin, persistent, chalky and salty in the background, very good, tight, juicy and spicy finish with bite.
