Slightly cloudy, rather light amber. Firm and quite deep, yeasty and distinctly yellow-spicy aroma with dried floral aromas, yellow fruity notes, nuts, herbal hints and some minerality in the background. Clear, juicy, tart fruit, lean and low in alcohol but still expressive, herbal, yellow-spicy and yeasty aromas, fine, lively acidity, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, nutty aromas, light minerality, some depth, lots of draught, taut, tangy and spicy finish, again with herbal-herbal, yeasty and mineral notes
