Very light matt ochre to amber. Distinctly dried floral and almost a little resinous nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, yeasty and herbal nuances, a little yellow spice and chalky hints. Firmly woven, tangy fruit with chalky and yeasty notes, dried flowers and herbal nuances, quite present, yet polished acidity, noticeable, yet fine tannin, persistent on the palate, has tension, a certain depth, quite intense minerality, still young, emphatically tart style, very good, tight finish with plenty of pull
