Somewhat developed, nutty, slightly yeasty and bready aroma of crumbly, partly dried yellow fruit with some yellow spice, smoky salmiak and dried flowers. Quite dry fruit, again bready and nutty yeasty flavours, relatively fine mousseux, a lot of phenolic grip, very slightly sandy on the palate, good substance and persistence, yellow spice reminiscent of sea buckthorn, a little brown butter, certain acid bite, very good finish.
