Elegant spicy nose, dried and preserved yellow fruit, touch of dried medicinal herbs, roasted nuts and caramelized apple. Supple and tranquil on the palate, spicy gentle apple fruit, some dried yellow fruit, citrus zests, light herbaceous notes, mineral notes in the background, quite complex, integrated moderate acidity, quite full-bodied, but quite restrained, delicate herbs and spices on a very good finish.
