Prominent vegetal and light herbaceous notes on the nose, earthy notes, restrained yellow fruit. Tart, fairly light-bodied fruit on the palate, fairly prominent spicy dried vegetal notes, earthy and salty notes, fairly lively acidity, light grip, fairly persistent, very slightly brittle, good tart finish. Currently does not uphold the promise of its youth, one will have to wait and see whether it will recover.

Editor note: Herbqaceous and mineral notes on the nose, peppery spice, tart yellow fruit, floral aromas, touch of bacon in the background. Tart again on the palate, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, touch of bacon, still has prominent yeasty notes, good grip, fairly lively acidity, good substance and persistence, noticeable tannic grip, peppery aromas, very slightly rough on a very good, tart, slightly salty finish.
