Somewhat herbaceous and planty, delicately nutty, earthy and also a hint of floral scent with yellow fruity and very slightly peppery notes. Quite dry fruit, clearly nutty and delicately woody tones, a hint of butter on the palate, calm acidity, good persistence, a little smoke in the background, earthy notes, some melting, yeasty traces, good to very good, tart finish.
