Reserved, rather austere nose with bright yellow fruity notes, a hint of smoke and yeast, fine herbal to plant nuances and delicate wood tones. Ripe, juicy, straightforward fruit, warm and cooling-ethereal elements, hinted sweetness, very fine acidity, a bit of citrus and stone fruit peel on the palate, a touch of mandarin, hinted dark berries and dried flowers, mineral notes, hinted licorice and cinnamon, also in the finish simultaneously slightly warm and ethereal-cool.
