Firm, rather cool, polished stone fruit - citrus scent with a hint of apple, clearly floral notes and a trace of smoke. Clear, finely juicy, again polished fruit, very fine acidity, delicate sweetness, good substance and sustainability on the palate, fresh herbal notes, slightly reminiscent of pesto, with mineral notes and dark berries in the background, then increasingly fennel and licorice, very good, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: 2025-2029+. What our ratings mean
