Herb and firm, somewhat nutty and finely vegetable scent with rather restrained core fruit-focused yellow fruity aromas, forest mushrooms, and floral traces. Clear, finely juicy, rather cool and tart fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and somewhat plant-like to herbal notes, persistent on the palate, very fine acidity, elegant style, with minerality in the background, a bit of white pepper, some depth, very good, quite firm, again finely juicy and spicy finish.
