Nutty and somewhat earthy-vegetable, also a hint of creamy fragrance with restrained, slightly warm yellow-fruity aromas and mushroomy notes. Restrained, completely dry fruit, nutty, vegetal, earthy and smoky tones, slightly drying wood, very fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, certain melting, tobacco traces, certain minerality, hints of yoghurt and raspberries, very good, tart finish.
