2020 Steinberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs aus dem Cabinetkeller, Rheingau, Germany

Very slightly legume-like, somewhat vegetal aroma with calm yellow fruity aromas with a touch of yellow spice, herbal nuances reminiscent of basil and a hint of mushrooms. Somewhat warm, again calm, slightly sweetish fruit, nutty and a hint of yeasty tones, a little covering tannin, vegetal tones on the palate, again somewhat reminiscent of legumes, in the background also salt, hints of coriander, very good, albeit a hint muted finish with quite distinct minerality and delicate sweetness.
