Delicately smoky and a touch bloody aroma of red and black berries with some barrel wood, hints of allspice and a hint of venison. Tart, juicy, youthful fruit with some bite and fine tannins, delicate herbal notes and dark spicy hints, good persistence, relatively firm structure, juniper tones, moderate, very good wood spice, minerality in the background, cassis notes, very good, again quite firm, juicy and spicy finish.
