2016 Pinot Noir trocken "Crescentia", VDP.Auktion.Réserve, Goldkapsel, Rheingau, Germany

Firm nose, light herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, light spicy notes, red and a few black berries, dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, some smoked bacon and oak, firm tannins, light acid bite, good substance and persistence, touch of cocoa and coffee, light salty notes in the background, more dried vegetal aromas, some depth, malted traces on a very good finish.
