Delicate hint of caramel on the nose, candied and partly dried stone fruit, hint of honey, floral traces. Very sweet, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty traces, some wilted flowers, honey and sugar candy, very elegant, fairly trabquil acidity, good substance and persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes, smoky traces in the backgorund, firm structure, has some depth, very good bitter-sweet finish.
