Translate to English Herber, leicht speckiger, erdiger und ein wenig vegetabiler Duft nach roten Beeren und ein wenig Roter Bete mit floralen und mineralischen Nuancen. Klare, herb-saftige Frucht mit etwas Biss und feinsandigem, jugendlichem Tannin, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige und zart rauchig-speckige Noten, eine Spur Pilze im Hintergrund, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas erdig und salzig, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
