Nutty and delicately vegetal citrus nose with notes of pomaceous fruit, celery, shiitake mushrooms, some Thai basil and light smoky barrel notes. Taut, cool and tart, finely juicy fruit, fresh vegetal and still very delicate yeasty notes, delicate vanilla, light oak notes, a little vineyard peach, lively acidity, some grip, good persistence, smoky nuances again, moderate barrel tones, tobacco traces, salty-lime minerality, very good finish with a hint of spring onions and fine grip.
