Firm, very slightly open aroma of yellow fruit with yellow spice, ethereal traces, nuts, some yeast, hints of smoke, fennel and aniseed. Ripe, somewhat warm, melting fruit, nutty and buttery flavours, fennel and aniseed again, moderate acidity, ripe, crumbly tannins, a certain alcohol warmth, a hint of mustard pickle in the background, some vanilla, very good finish with warm juice and almost sweetish wood notes again.
