Relatively cool, delicately yeasty, somewhat planty to herbaceous, nutty and hints of mushroomy scent of yellow fruits with a hint of butter and nuances reminiscent of aubergine. Straightforward fruit with delicately creamy, lively, yet fine acidity, delicate tannin grip, certain persistence, hints of red berries and sage, distinctly salty tones, a little yellow spice, very good finish with bite.
