Somewhat nutty, dried floral and delicately smoky aroma with slightly warm yellow fruity aromas, hints of yellow spice and vegetal nuances. Ripe, quite juicy, yet dry fruit, nutty-woody notes, smoke and again some yellow spice, quite lively acidity, moderate tannin, certain power and persistence, a hint of rock candy in the background, salty minerality, bacony and mushroomy notes, very good, firm finish.
