Firm, fine-vegetable, slightly herbal aroma of ripe stone and pome fruits with some exoticism, root vegetables, a little white pepper and herb seedlings. Firmly woven, ripe, yet tart fruit with herbal-vegetable, floral and peppery aromas, fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, lasting, some depth, has power, warm and cool elements, salty minerality, a little smoke, still young, very good firm, tart finish with grip.
