Cool, somewhat herbal to herbaceous and yeasty nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas and mineral nuances. Taut, fine-juicy, rather cool fruit, herbaceous-herbal and yeasty notes, lively, quite fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, moderate, well-integrated sweetness, tart phenolic and also mineral tones, good to very good finish with bite.
