Cool, quite firm, somewhat herbal, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of partly candied citrus fruits with a hint of peach and red berries. Bright, quite firm, sweetish fruit with a hint of mint and rock candy, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, hints of black berries, mussel shells and pepper, light and somewhat dark minerality, very good, juicy finish.
