Somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and delicately floral aroma of ripe yellow fruits with slightly mushroomy and bacony hints as well as a trace of juniper. Firm, not quite dry fruit with a lot of melting and warming alcohol, a hint of blackberries and some rock candy, fine acidity, ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, certain depth, hints of coffee grounds and sage, slightly smoky and chalky minerality, very good, again alcohol-warm and sweet finish.
