Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy notes, hint of bacon, some red berries, hint of undergrowth, mushrooms and yeasty notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, light smoky and spicy as well as nutty notes, earthy notes, dried mushrooms in the background, fairly fine, restrained, evenly distributed mousse, persistent, has substance, quite complex, hint of bacon, ripe and juicy on a very good, slightly smoky finish.
