Fairly mature nose, pomaceous fruit and melon, hint of caramel and balsamic notes, oak. Fairly mature pomaceous fruit and melon fruit again on the palate, spicy oak, very elegant acidity, polished with good persistence, floral hint in the background, some depth, smoky traces, oak surprisingly well integrated, becomes more elegant and gains depth with aeration, quite persistent, at its peak on the third day after opening, was then surprisingly fresher than on opening, elegant creamy, very good finish. Has developed surprisingly well and is now most enjoyable to drink, we underestimated this wine.
