Firm nose with reipe blackcurrants as well as cherries and plums, light roasted notes, dried herbs and some cool mineral notes in the background. Cool style, smoky and slightly green, notes of peppers, toasted oak, slightly hidden dark fruit, fairly prominent, fine, dusty and astringent tannins, light mineeral traces, tart on the palate, not particularly deep, astringent finish.

Best to drink: 2007-2009. What our ratings mean
